My g/f took my van to work today... and it got stolen. If I ever catch the punk, I'll.... nevermind. don't wanna think violent thoughts...

My mom-in-law passed away on Thursday. I really really liked her. My g/f is quite upset as is to be expected. We're all going to miss her.

It's one of those things where you tell yourself it's for the better, she was very ill and suffering. But at the same time, it's very difficult to let go of someone you love.

I guess I was a little premature with my last post. We had major wiring problems here which resulted in me being offilne for a month. But I've been assured that everything is good to go now. The phone company replaced the wires that go from the pole to my house and then replaced the wiring in the house. There was some disagreements about who has to cover the cost... I won.

Anyhow... everything's been running fine for a week now so I guess I can call it safe...

It looks like my on-line woes have been fixed. I had my ISP here on Wednesday and they fixed the connection on the poles and added a filter. So far I have a steady connection since then. They did say they will have to return at some point and replace the line from the pole to my house as it had been previously spliced and should be replaced. That would greatly improve my speed. But right now I'm just happy to be back on-line. Now... just have to update the Realm and all will be happy. The only thing annoying me right now is they will not credit my account for all the days I was off-line... what a rip...

Hey all...

Just a note to inform you all that I have not passed on or forgotten about you all. My nice new home (built in 65) has very old telephone wiring which is creating havoc with my DSL. Right now I'm averaging about 10 - 20 minutes online time per week. The telephone company is supposed to be coming in and upgrading everything but with our work schedules it's been difficult to find a suitable time. I been trying to update the Realm but I cannot stay online long enough. It's been very frustrating. Anyhow, I better get this posted before I'm off again. Hope everyone is doing well and I hope to catch up someday soon...

I have, in the past, accessed the website at work to test it with other web browsers and such. Since I have been making some changes lately, I wanted to see if they would work properly in Safari. So, since they have Macs at work which run Safari, I punched in the address and found.... that The Realm is now blocked and labelled as a porno site...

I'm speechless...
